A New Temple Complex for the White Eagle Lodge, a non-denominational multi-faith spiritual organisation. The building addresses the forward-looking requirements within the brief: minimising the building’s impact on the environment, embracing the natural landscape and simultaneously accommodating both sacred and secular community use. The new building, which is open to the public, comprises a temple, library, chapels and meeting spaces within landscaped grounds. The rationalised plan is organised as a series of orthogonal pavilions connected by a cloister, facing onto a planted courtyard.
